Batter Fried Fish Recipe

 In this Indo-Chinese variant of the chicken candy, the chicken winglets are formed into candies and afterward broiled. For the drums of paradise these broiled candies are thrown in a blend of schezwan sauce and ketchup.


The delicious chicken candies coated with the tart sauce make this a powerful starter for any dinner.

INGREDIENTS

500 gms Boneless Fish Basa, Cod, Haddock,Sole or Catfish filets
first Marinade:
1 tsp salt
2 tsp Ginger Garlic Glue
2 tsp Green Stew Glue
1.5 tsp Lemon Juice
Hitter Blend:
5 tbsp Besan Gram flour or Chickpea flour
3 tsp Rice Flour
3 tsp Corn Flour
3/4 tsp Ajwain Carom seeds
2 tsp Kashmiri Stew Powder
5 tbsp Water
Directions

INSTRUCTIONS:

Wash and wipe off the boneless fish filets. Cut them into 2" thick pieces.
Place them in a bowl and add the things for the first marinade. Blend well and put away for 30 mins.
After 30 mins, add the dry things for the second marinade/hitter in another bowl and give a blend. Presently add the water gradually and whisk it together to a smooth hitter. Add the marinated fish pieces into the player and give them to blend and cover the fish pieces with hitter.
Process:
Heat oil in an iron skillet or dish or kadai till medium hot.
Drop the battered fish pieces each in turn in hot oil to not swarm the dish. Sear for 2 mins without blending.
Turn over the fish filets and continue to sear it for another 4-5 mins till brilliant. Sear till equitably brown and brilliant.
Eliminate and rehash something very similar for the following clump.
