Chicken Masala Fry


INGREDIENTS
Chicken curry cut with bones-500 gms
For Marination:
Salt-3/4 tsp
Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp
Lemon juice-2 tsp
Ginger Garlic glue 2 tsp
Different Fixings:
Green Chillies thick slashed 2 nos.
Tomato fine slashed 1 major (100 gms)
Coriander leaves slashed 4 tbsp
Red Bean stew Powder-1 tsp
Chicken Masala-1.5 tsp
Refined Oil-3 tbsp
Guidelines

Planning:
Marinate the chicken pieces with the things showed and put away for 30 mins.
Slash the green chillies and furthermore the tomato and coriander leaves.
Process:
Take a tawa/griddle and intensity oil.
Add the Ginger Garlic glue and sear it on low intensity for 1 moment.
Presently add the bits of green chillies and sear it on low intensity for around 1 min.
Add the marinated chicken pieces, blend it well and bhunno/broil it on high intensity for 3-4 mins.
Presently add the Red Stew Powder and broil it on medium intensity for 2 mins till light brown in variety.
Add the slashed tomatoes, blend and cook on medium intensity for 2 mins till it is delicate.
Presently add the Chicken Masala and sear on low intensity for 1 min. Add a sprinkle of water.
Cover and cook on low intensity for 5 mins. Eliminate the top, give a blend and again cover and cook on low intensity for another 5 mins.
Eliminate cover and evaporate any abundance water.
Presently add the cleaved coriander leaves, give a blend and continue to broil for one more moment to cover the chicken well.
