Dahi Mirch Chicken
 

INGREDIENTS

Chicken huge pieces with bones-500 gms
For Marination:
Salt-1 tsp
Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp
Entire Flavors:
Dark Peppercorns-10
Inlet Leaves-2
Onions finely hacked 2 medium
Ginger Garlic glue 1.5 tsp
Whisked curd/Yogurt-120 ml yogurt with 40 ml around 4 tbsp water whisked together
Green Chillies thick hacked 4
Flavor Powders:
Pepper Powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder-1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder-3/4 tsp
Different Fixings:
Refined Oil-3tbsp
Coriander Leaves hacked 3 tbsp
Directions

Arrangement:
Marinate the chicken with salt and turmeric powder and put away for around 30mins.
Hack the onions, green chillies and coriander leaves.
Process:
Heat 3 tbsp oil in a wok or kadai.
Add the dark peppercorns and the inlet leaves. Give a mix and afterward add the hacked onions. Broil on medium intensity for 7-8 mins till the onion is light brown in variety.
Add the Ginger Garlic glue and sear on low intensity for 2 mins.
Presently add the marinated chicken and broil/bhunno on medium intensity for 5 mins. Sear till chicken is carmelized.
Add the Pepper Powder, Coriander Powder and Garam Masala Powder, give a blend and sear on medium intensity for 3 mins.
Switch off intensity and afterward add the whisked yogurt-water blend. Blend well, change on the intensity and keep on cooking on low intensity for one more 3 mins till oil isolates.
Add the slashed green chillies, give a blend and add 100 ml water.
Cover and cook on low intensity for 20 mins till chicken is delicate.
Eliminate cover and add the cleaved coriander leaves. Stew for a couple of moments.
