Fried Chicken Drumsticks

INGREDIENTS

Curd/Yogurt-Masala Blend:
Whisked Curd/Yogurt-3 tbsp
Turmeric Powder-1/4 tsp
Red Bean stew Powder-1 tsp
Coriander Powder-1 tsp
Kashmiri Bean stew Powder-3/4 tsp
Garam Masala Powder-1/2 tsp
Salt-1 tsp
Ketchup-1 tbsp
Others:
Refined Oil-1 tbsp
Ginger Garlic glue 1 tsp
Refined Oil-4 tbsp

INSTRUCTIONS


Preparation:

Wash and wipe off the chicken drumsticks. Make one cut on every one of the drumsticks.
Whisk the curd/yogurt and add the wide range of various fixings to make the blend.
To marinate the chicken, orchestrate the drumsticks in a bowl and add the ginger garlic glue. Next pour the Yogurt-Masala blend on top of the drumsticks and give a blend to cover them well. Cover and put away on room temperature for around 90 mins.

Process:

Heat oil in a skillet and spot the drumsticks one next to the other.

Sear on medium intensity for 2 mins and afterward flip it on the opposite side. Keep on searing it on medium intensity for another 2 mins and afterward flip it and lower the intensity.
