INGREDIENTS
Lamb medium estimated pieces with bones-500 gms
Potatoes standard bubbled stripped and split - 4
For Marination:
Salt-1 tsp
Red Stew Powder-2 tsp
Cumin powder-1 tsp
Coriander powder-2 tsp
Ginger garlic glue 1.5 tsp
Entire Flavors:
Cinnamon-2 little pieces
Cloves-3
Entire Peppercorns-10-12
Entire red chillies-4 cut into pieces
Different Fixings:
Onions cut 2 medium (150 gms)
Red tomatoes cut 2 medium (around 120 gms)
Thick Coconut milk - 3 tbsp
Salt to prepare 1/4 tsp
Refined oil-3 tbsp
Directions
Arrangement:
Marinate the lamb with things demonstrated.
Cut both the onions and tomatoes
Standard heat up the potatoes, strip and cut into equal parts.
Process:
Heat oil in a dish or strain cooker.
Add the entire garam masalas and bits of red chillies.
Presently add the cut onions and broil on medium intensity for 10 mins till brilliant brown in variety.
Add the marinated lamb and cut tomatoes.
Bhuno/Broil on medium intensity for 5 mins.
Keep on broiling on low intensity for 10-12 mins till tomatoes are delicate and thick.
