Restaurant Style Chicken Gravy

INGREDIENTS

Chicken curry cut pieces with bones-500 gms
Onions cleaved 2 medium
Ginger Garlic glue 2 tsp
Cashew-Red Bean stew Tomato glue:
Cashew nuts-10
Entire red chillies-5-6
Red ready tomatoes-2 medium
Zest Powders:
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Red Bean stew Powder-1 tsp
Coriander powder-2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder-1/2 tsp
Different Fixings:
Kasuri Methi Fenugreek Leaves-1 tsp (cooked and squashed)
Oil-4 tbsp
Salt-1 tsp
Guidelines

Readiness:
Cleave the onions and quarter the 2 red tomatoes
Dry meal the cashew nuts and the red chillies in a skillet on low intensity for 2-3 mins. Put away to cool. Coarse toil first and afterward add the quartered tomatoes. Keep on mixing it into a smooth glue.
Dry dish the fenugreek leaves in a skillet, permit it to cool and afterward squash daintily with your hand.
Process:
Heat oil in a container/kadai.
Add the cleaved onions and sear on medium intensity for 5-6 mins till clear.
Presently add the Ginger garlic glue and broil for 2 mins on low intensity.
Add turmeric, red stew and coriander powders and blend it well. Broil it on low intensity for 2-3 mins subsequent to adding a sprinkle of water.
Presently add the chicken pieces, blend well and broil it on medium intensity for 5-6 mins till the chicken is cooked well.
Add the salt and blend it well.
Presently add the cashew-red bean stew tomato glue, blend well and broil for 5-6 mins on medium intensity till oil isolates.
Add the Garam Masala Powder, blend and cook for 1 min.
Add 200 ml water, blend and cover and cook for 15 mins.
Eliminate the top and add Kasuri Methi, blend and stew for close to 2 minutes.
Present with chapati or rice.
