Simple Chicken Curry For Beginners

INGREDIENTS

Chicken-1 kg

Onion harsh cleaved 4 medium

Ginger squashed 2 tsp

Garlic squashed 2 tsp

Tomatoes generally hacked 3 medium

Green chillies thick hacked 3 nos.

Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp

Red Stew Powder-1.5 tsp

Readymade Chicken Masala-1 tbsp locally acquired

Salt-1.5 tsp

Refined Oil-4-5 tbsp

Directions


Arrangement:

Clean and wash the chicken pieces and keep it to deplete.

Generally hack the onions, tomatoes and green chillies.

Strip and smash the ginger and garlic cloves.

Process:

Heat oil in a dish or kadai and add the cleaved onions.

Broil on high intensity for 10 mins till brown in variety.

Add the squashed ginger and garlic and sear on medium intensity for 2 mins.

Add the cleaved tomatoes and green chillies and sear on medium intensity for 2 mins.

Add the turmeric powder and blend and sear on medium intensity for around 3 mins till tomatoes are delicate.

Presently add the chicken pieces and sear on high intensity for 2-3 mins till the chicken pieces are carmelized.

Add the readymade chicken masala, red Stew powder and salt, blend and bhunno on high intensity for 5 mins. Keep on broiling on medium intensity for another 5 mins.

Presently add 200 ml water and cook on low intensity for around 20 mins till the chicken pieces are delicate and oil isolates.
