Tawa Seared Chicken |
The delicious chicken candies coated with the tart sauce make this an overpowering starter for any dinner.
INGREDIENTS
Tawa Seared Chicken | Dish FrChicken boneless thigh pieces cut into little lumps 500 gms
Ginger slashed 1 tsp stacked
Garlic slashed 1 tsp stacked
Tomato thick cuts 2 medium
Green Chillies slashed 3 nos.
Coriander leaves slashed 1 cup
Zest Powders:
Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp
Red Bean stew Powder-1 tsp
Coriander Powder-1 tsp
Cumin Powder-1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder-3/4 tsp
Different Fixings:
Kasuri Methi Fenugreek Leaves, broiled and squashed 1 tsp
Ginger julienned - 2 tbsp
Salt-1 tsp
Oil-3 tbsp
Directions
Arrangement:
Debone the thigh pieces or purchase prepared from stores.
Cut them into scaled down pieces and when washed keep it to deplete.
Fine slash the ginger and garlic and hack the coriander leaves and green chillies.
Make thick cuts of the tomatoes.
Process:
Heat oil on a Tawa or a dish and add the hacked ginger and garlic.
Broil on low intensity briefly and add the chicken pieces.
Blend and broil on high intensity for 3-4 mins till chicken changes tone and water almost evaporates.
Add all the zest powders (turmeric, red stew, coriander, cumin and garam masala powder) and salt. Add a sprinkle of water whenever required and sear on medium intensity for 3 mins.
Presently add the tomato cuts and cook on medium intensity for 3-4 mins till delicate.
Add a sprinkle of water and cover and cook on low intensity for 10 mins. Cook till tomatoes are delicate.
Eliminate cover and add the Kasuri Methi. Give a blend and cook on low intensity for 2 mins.
Add the julienned ginger and cleaved green chillies. Give it a blend.
In conclusion add the cleaved coriander leaves and sear for 2 mins on medium intensity.
Present with Naan or Roti.
